With more than 5,000 spectators attending our event annually, in addition to the hundreds of drivers, crew and volunteers being a vendor at the PNW Historics is an excellent way to showcase your company and your products and/or services on Vendor Row. Our vendor spaces are leased for the entire event weekend, with sizes ranging from 10′ x 10′ up to just about any imaginable size! We can provide tent set-ups or simply space only based on your needs. Our vendors come back year after year because our vendor services are far above those of other local events. Vendor row is also prime location for marketing your business because in order to reach concession stands, beer gardens, the paddock, pace cars, and several prime vantage points to watch the racing spectators and VIPs must pass through vendor row, affording you the opportunity to introduce yourself to everyone! Our Vendor Coordinator for this year’s race is Erica Lange. Your participation as a vendor on “Vendor Row” is very important to our event and we would enjoy having you with us this year! Vendor Row is a popular and integral part of our event. With the help of our vendors, the SOVREN Guild raises money for uncompensated care at Seattle Children’s. In this economical time our contributions to uncompensated care are needed more than ever and with your help we can continue to make a significant difference to families that don’t have the financial resources to cover their children’s health care! Our event is Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Set up can start on Thursday. All vendors must be set up and ready for spectators on Friday at 8:30 AM, when our gates open to the public. Registration packets are handed out when you come to set up before the event. Vendors are asked to stay until Sunday after the last race which is usually 4:30 PM.

Ranging from Title Sponsorship to Supporting Sponsorship we include generous sponsor benefits and creative ways to market our sponsors and acknowledge their involvement in our event.

Would you like to advertise your business in our event program? Become a program sponsor (formerly called program ads). Our full color program (circulation 4000) is sold over race weekend to spectators, distributed to all drivers, provided to sponsors, media, and other VIPs. Checkered Flag Club
In 1999, the Children’s Checkered Flag Club was created to encourage racing enthusiasts and hospital supporters to make a tax-deductible gift of $1,000 or more to Seattle Children’s. Thanks to the generous Checkered Flag Club donors, in 2014 we raised more than $34,000. The Children’s Checkered Flag Club Champions (donations of $10,000 or more) raised more than $140,000. Funds from the Checkered Flag Clubs are direct donations to Seattle Children’s.

The Pacific Northwest Historics weekend has become famous not only for its racing, but also because of its hospitality. In-kind donations of food, supplies, party equipment, as well as services such as graphic design, printing, advertising, and cellular phones have been donated to the event each year. These donations contribute to the reduction of overhead costs and allow the Guild to make a larger donation to Seattle Children’s

Local car clubs and individual car owners all jump at the opportunity to participate in our annual car corral. With about 250 parking spaces available, our car corral sells out annually. Located just inside the entrance gates, the car corral is the first place spectators visit when they arrive. Located trackside, along the straightaway car corral participants love this prime location to display their car!

Experience of a lifetime! Ride Shotgun in a BMW Race Car and experience five exciting laps around the road course at Kent’s Pacific Raceway’s during the annual Pacific Northwest Historics Vintage Races on July 2nd and 3rd. A group of PRO3 cars fitted with second race seats will provide rides with top speeds over 100 MPH and cornering G forces over 1.0 on the 2.25 mile 10-turn road racing course. If you ever dreamed of riding in a real race car, this is your chance! These race simulation rides will take place at Noon on July 1st and 2nd during a break in official racing. Participants will be fitted in the PRO3 car’s second racing seat secured in a 5-point safety harness. The excitement begins with a warm up lap leading to a race formation for an exciting green flag start! Passengers will experience three speedy laps in close formation with the other PRO3 race cars, which will simulate the back and forth of position changes similar to a real race. After passing the checkered flag the final cool down lap will allow you to wave to turn to workers and thousands of fans lining the circuit.
Participants must be 18 year or older and will be required to wear long sleeve shirts, full length pants and closed towed shoes. Helmets will be provided.
